I rated 3* because it needs a serious update. The lobby and halls on the first floor smells. After about 15 minutes you get used to it. Breakfast was normal for most hotels however they only had powdered creamer (I'm not a fan). Jeremy at the front desk was great and accommodating.

Positive: The location. The breakfast was better than most. Negative: The internet was slow when it did connect. Our room had an odor. The ac did not keep the room cool, it kept kicking off. The shower dripped all night. The carpet was really dirty.

The hotel was good based on the proce and location. Our stay was fine. The only issue I had was the inside latch/lock on the door didn't work correctly. The bottom was broken and missing screws so even if you had it locked, you only had to jiggle the door a few time and it would wiggle loose. My 2 year old son got out the door and I had to chase him down the hall. I kept the coffee table in front of the door the entire time we were in the room.

Made online reservations. Home was being renovated so needed a place to stay local. When I arrived to check-in was told I couldn't stay there because of their "no rooms rented to anyone living within a 50 mile radius". I've never heard of any hotel with a rule as ridiculous as this one. On a positive note, found a place directly next door that welcomed me no problem.
