Cross Creek Mall is okay, it's not the best or worse, just okay. It has a nice food court. Just remember it's Fayetteville so always be alert, unlike other places where they have identified crime areas so you know where not to go, in Fayetteville crime takes place anywhere and anytime to include the mall. So, enjoy yourself but stay alert at all times.

Yes since i think last week it started
Not sure. Its been up and down about closing Macy's. Customer service has went down.
It’s quite possible, they are closing many stores, however considering this Macy’s is located in a largely populated area including loads of military families, there’s a higher chance they won’t close this one.
