Oh wow,sorry to hear that! One thing that I've learned is that,you have to give them specific details, I have to tell them to make the thin crust soft,or it will be hard! One thing about pizza hut,they will make it better,with a credit which includes another pizza or anything else you may like! I've scored a lot of free food off of their mistakes👌
