My appointment check in was timely & efficient. After doing BP etc I had only a few minutes wait before seeing Dr Hentschel. He discussed the various aspects of my PD & left us with a promise that someone would call to confirm my next appointment. He is very polite, caring & thorough. I am having this exact same problem. I have been calling the number listed for the past 3 weeks and have left numerous voicemails and have not heard back from anyone yet. Not sure what's going on, but I was hoping to become a new patient of Dr. Hentschel and I'm guessing that won't happen and I just need to start looking for another neurologist.
