Rude front desk staff, front desk staff leaves at 1130 even if patients are still in the waiting room. When I was in the the waiting room they made and annocement to only some people excluding me. Their solution was to knock on the emergency room door and wait for someone. What!!!! Do not go here.

Do not go to the ER with anything serious. If you wanna be there 5 hours and see a doctor for max 5 minutes, this is your place to go.

If you could avoid I highly recommend going somewhere else. I had just a sprained ankle and basically waited all day to tell me to rest and ice. I arrived at 10:30 am and didn’t leave until 3:30 it’s insane

How can it take 6 days to get a Covid test? The front desk person was not helpful. The website has wrong information and no one picks up the phone. Please take me off your mailing list when you’re looking for contributions.
