They did not have a good breakfast. 😔 I was looking forward to making waffles, but the only hot food they had was a sausage biscuit in a bag and a quiche in a bag.

Titanium elite here. This stingy hotel denied me the Marriott guarantee of 4 pm checkout, not even allowing me 1 hour after general checkout. I was in Ridgeland to take my 88-year-old mother from her nursing home to her doctor but I was forced to checkout at 7 am because of the inflexible manager. Two days ago the Sheraton Gateway Toronto Airport gave me 6 pm checkout, going beyond Marriott's guarantee of 4 pm. I gave them 5 stars.

We stayed here in a pinch! The front desk guy/staff was very accommodating, helpful, and pleasant to work with. Our room was very spacious, there was a King bed and a full size bed also, so lots of room. The only issue I had was our room smelled like dogs, and all that comes with having an animal in an hotel room, who may have had accidents on the carpet. I did have lysol to get us through the one night stay. I recommend it to those

Very friendly staff at the front desk. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. My only minor complaint was that the towels were kind of stiff and scratchy. Not a big deal. They still dried us off just fine. 😀
