Was put in a room that was being renovated. Shower was not clean. Towels dingy. Fire alarm went off in middle of night for no reason. A/C could barely keep cool other half of room. Visible stains on couch. Would not recommend.

Clean and comfortable hotel with good hot breakfast. My only complaint would be that even with the blackout curtains closed, it was still too bright in our room. Thankfully I had clips and was able to clip an extra layer to block outside lights. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Incredibly rude front staff. Scammy service. Nowhere did they state a 250 (Which was supposed to be 200 according to most so that was also a lie???) dollar deposit during the purchasing of the rooms online for locals. It was tucked away in details where it wouldn't even be the first thing to see, thereby locking people in with no way to get refunded if their money was taken. Which it was! Very scammy service on that part. That would be fine, if not for the fact they were not supposed to charge until check out! (Their words!) But they did. Left us in a very unfortunate position for our anniversary & Christmas weekend! It was like pulling teeth to get our money back. The front desk staff was extremely inconsiderate whilst trying to get a refund or get help with our situation. Kept talking over us. Did not listen to anything we had to say. Was very arrogant with service. We had to ultimately call customer service to get a refund. Worst service, even worse behavior. 0/5. Will look for a hotel nearby with a much better price and better treatment. Highly suggest Hampton Inn. The staff is much kinder, rooms are cheaper, and they are more considerate. Never attempting to room with these hotels again. Extremely disappointed to have to suddenly rebook on such a personal night because the hotel company was not clear, seemingly purposefully. Definitely never doing business with this establishment again. Highly suggest you look elsewhere.
