Do not come here if you are looking for good customer service. I took my car here on my summer break from college for a simple oil change. As a result, TCC mechanics destroyed my oil pressure sensor and stripped the oil plug on my car. I am currently 3 hours away at college and when I called to voice my concern I was simply told “it isn’t our problem and there is nothing they could do.” They clearly have no problem leaving a college student 3 hours away stranded. Do not go here, you’re better off letting the Carroll county auto class work on your car. P.s I am about 700 dollars into fixing their mistakes on my car.

How often should I get my tires rotated?

We recommend that our customers check their owner's manual to see if there is a recommended rotation scheme. During rotation, each tire and wheel is removed from your vehicle and moved to a different position to ensure that all tires wear evenly and last longer. Tires should be rotated every six months or 6,000 to 8,000 miles. Give our shop a call if it’s time to get your tires rotated.
