I have been suffering with a frozen shoulder for a year now. I had very limited range of motion before I started seeing Dr Bernall. It was hard to put my shirt on, clasp a bra or even reach for things with my left arm. In just a couple of weeks i am able to put my arm behind my back. I have better range of motion. Before every treatment he talks to you to see what's going on anything new. I mentioned my allergies were really bothering me so he said he can help me with them as well. I figured I have nothing to lose so I gave it a try and I am so glad I did. The accupuncture treatment has helped me out tremendously.

After years of pain, a friend suggested accupuncture.. I got the name of Dr. Bernall and read his web pages and reviews and decided I would put myself in his hands. And what capable hands they are. He asks questions and really listens to your answers. He discussed a plan of treatment and now I can truly say I am almost back to my pre-pain self. I am so thankful to Dr. Bernall. Thank you! He is gentle and soft spoken. He has an uplifting attitude and a ready smile. Help comes in many ways and this is a great way to feel better.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Bernall and his work. When I started seeing Dr. Bernall I needed a walker to help me walk as I had incredible nerve pain that substantially hindered my life and my ability to sit or stand. I also had stage 4 kidney cancer. While I was undergoing traditional care for the cancer at Mayo Clinic, I was also seeing Dr. Bernall twice per week. I want to say it took about 6 weeks, but I was able to walk again without the debilitating nerve pain. Thank you Dr. Bernall!
