From entering the door was greeted very politely taking care of right away set in the waiting room 3 minutes and was called back doctor came in the room was very listening to all my needs when I walk out I'm always pleased 100% will not go anywhere else the staff is wonderful

I’m so tired of this doctor office as a pediatrician for my kids. First the doctor I had left without warning, can’t get an emergency appointment when son is having an allergic reaction and the people are rude as ever. This is why people are starting to not want to be patients and UF health making a bad name for this hospital and doctor office. I am searching for a new doctor and pediatrician after today

Why ???

NOT ONLY RUDE AND UNCARING, MY CHART HAD SOMEONE ELSE'S INFORMATION FROM THIER VISIT! THEY'VE FILLED OUT MY FORMS IMPROPERLY SKIPPING ANSWERS AND REFUSE TO MAKE CORRECTIONS. THEY LOVE TO BLAME ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
