Made an offer on a car today and got an email back from "Bob" who just sent back "why" apparently Bob thought my offer was low and continued a condescending exchange instead of just saying they werent interested or trying to work with me. First dealer I've encountered that doesnt seem interested in selling a car. This dealer seems to be riding the "covid" wave of unreasonable prices and taking advantage of thier customers. But soon that wave wil run its course, with interest rates up, inventory stable and the inability to mention covid as a reason to be unreasonable. You can definitely find another dealer that will at leasdt avt as if they are interested in helping you out. Furthermore, a claim that my review solely based on the rejection of an offer is nonsense, but consistent with what appears to be common practice by your dealership. I would have understood is the offer was not acceptable, being treated like I wasn't a valued customer is the most important part, that you obviously missed, AGAIN. BUT accurately representative of your dealer. Thanks for your well wishes, I think people get the point of the review and your response.

i took my car back for the service they did on my air condition that still was not working properly Bill did something slick by putting my car in the back hiding it , never working on it aer two and half hours I peep around the back there it was Bill had no intention of having my car service . Thanks SLICK BILL

Didn't they give you carfax and lemon law papers at signing? That's sad that your having problems. The only problem I saw when I purchased was that they don't know what's covered with the warranty. They told me I had to pay for a repair that was covered at another Cadillac dealer. Also they doesn't know how a wireless charger worked. Another Cadillac dealer explained everything very thoroughly.
Is. Always good to have them check it out. Some times is not just the key. Can be lots other things. They will diagnose the. Problem and make it right. The are the Cadillac professionals
I can't answer your question but I can tell you we were very disappointed with the salesman...they showed us a dirty car...with a minor rear damage and then refused to negotiate . We made a appointment 2 days prior and you would think they would tell the lot porter hose the bird poop off the car. I would never buy a car from them. Sometimes it's the little things that can make a sale...they obviously have no clue...wasted our day...The car is was nice but it seemed like they already had another buyer for the price they wanted.
Best to call first.. they'll need to know if it's still under warranty, or if you have an extended warranty, etc..

Bought my first Caddy-Eldorado. Loved it. Any questions or repairs were done quickly and professionally. The service dept. is fantastic even if you didn't buy your Caddy from them.
