Do Not Recommend! Starts off from pulling into the hotel.. all the lights outside are off; parking lot lights, building lights, street leading up to hotel (this was at 11 pm).. and in this area it was scary cause you couldnt see anything as mountains block all other light from other businesses. Room are very dated and the whole place smells like cover up cigarette/urine smells. And then.... at 1240 am while laying there, the fire alarms start going off only our room and then they stop and then the room above us they start going off and everyone from every room was in the halls wondering what was going on to only have "management" come and see it turned off and go back on with their night as if it was normal of it to happen. All just so weird and not worth close to $200 a night. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This hotel was just ok. We arrived late in the evening after driving over 12 hours. Our room's pull out bed was broken and didn't pull out. There were no available rooms, so one of our kids had to try to sleep on a loveseat sized couch. Not the best situation. The pool closed at 10 p.m., so we couldn't swim. We're from a different time zone, so the kids were needing to get out their energy and couldn't. Half of the parking lot lights weren't working and there were BIG potholes in the road leading to the hotel...just be aware. We finally got to sleep and the fire alarm in our hallway went off two times around 12:30 a.m. It was just a rough evening with little sleep and made the next travel day really hard. Some of this was not the hotel's fault, but it was frustrating. The breakfast was good though :)

Very clean rooms and great location for the particular place I was working. Outstanding staff, Holly did a great job making sure that I had everything for my stay! Definitely stay here again if passing through.

This is the first hotel that we have ever stayed where the manager called the day before to ask if we had any special requests to ensure our stay was perfect. My elderly mother was traveling with us, so I requested our two rooms be placed side by side, and they ensured that our request would be met, which indeed it was. Then about 45 minutes after we arrived, they called the room to ensure we were satisfied with the room, amenities, etc. This is a remodeled, older hotel but everything was clean and comfortable and meets HIE Standards. However, the staff was more than excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you!
