If I could give zero stars I definitely would!! My daughter was referred here because she has high anxiety with any dentist. Long story short, she was tearing up before she even sat in the chair. Dr. Chen kept saying “I don’t have time for this” “We are short staffed” “I canceled a couple patients today already” I grabbed my daughter and left & would never return. I called the receptionist shortly after who was super nice, the only helpful person in that office and she took my complaint. ZERO STARS!!!

Extremely happy with Bay State Oral. Definitely would recommend. This was our second visit to an oral surgeon within 2 months. Unfortunately the care my daughter received prior was a terrible experience compared to our care at Bay State. Such a kind, caring, and knowledgeable surgeon. Explained everything thoroughly through every visit. The whole Staff was fantastic and really understanding and friendly and thorough. No attitudes in this office! Everyone works professionally together from start to finish.I’m so grateful for them and the care they gave my 13 year old daughter.

Dr. Shen and his staff are wonderful. I myself have had dental work done here as well as my eight year old daughter. Everyone in the office is extremely kind, caring and thorough. I’ve called in between visits with questions and received call backs from Dr. Shen himself answering all my questions. He and his staff have gone above and beyond any time myself or my family has been to the office, making everyone feel comfortable. All dental work that has been done has been done properly with no issues, pain free and in a comforting environment. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that is looking for an Oral Surgeon for themself or their children.
