Assuming you have an account created with Wal-Mart, go to the website Walmart.com click the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner, click sign in, enter your email address and password and sign in. Again click those same 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner, click account, scroll down to the Manage Account section, click on personal info, beside the email you wish to change click edit, it's in blue. This should allow you to change your email address.

Most Walmarts are starting to cash second party checks. Mine does but i would call before going just to be sure. And if they have the same guidelines as we do it can only be up to $200 and not be made out to yourself from yourself. And there is a $6 check cashing fee for all second party checks.
