I’ve been quite a few times & they’ve done a great job. However, after my last visit, I will never go back. There was a gentleman, that I assume was the owner, who was so extremely rude to me. He made me feel so uncomfortable and acted as if I was an inconvenience for him. A different gentleman ended up taking over, he was nice and did a good job but not at all worth the price I was charged. Apparently their fees have gone up significantly from when I was there about a month ago. The price they charge for gel now is outrageous. Their services are not worth the rudeness or the money they charge.

Worst salon I’ve been to. We were on time for our appointment yet still need to wait 45 minutes. I asked for gel and the man started off with massaging my hands and arms SO MUCH making me and my husband extremely uncomfortable. He started to apply gel when my previous gel wasn’t completely removed. I took the tool and removed myself. After I removed and trimmed some nails myself. He started to apply gel but it was so uneven and left some very obvious gaps. I was so upset I started to cry and asked if he can just remove them. After all I still pay full price ($85. Yikes!!) for the service but I will NOT return. Also, cuticles trimming is not included.
