I get to ‘Usedgymstore’ and a employee tells me to go inside and a man would take care of me. I enter, and I immediately feel like the man doesn’t like me already. I ask him about leg presses, and he takes 10 seconds to walk me to the ‘leg’ area and leaves. I already know that I want to buy a leg press, so I have to walk back to the front. He says to me ‘Nothing for you back there?’. I told him, well I wanted to buy the leg press, and via email you guys are negotiable on price. I told him my offer as we are walking, and he says ‘No’ and berates me for giving him an offer (I offered 800 cash to maybe get the price more reasonable to 950-1000). He then does an about face, says, ‘I don’t want to sell to you’ and walks to his office. I asked him if he does this often, and he said ‘No, you’re the first one’, so I replied ‘you must be having an off day’ and he tell me he wants me out of his store. ALL of this because I offered him a price and he felt offended somehow. Just say no, or its firm? This is the OWNER of the company, and I am surprised he is still in business with this attitude. Completely horrid customer service, and lack of respect for people. I DO NOT recommend buying from this guy, there are plenty of other places to get used equipment. 0/5 if I could give it.
