Please tell me again how much is the rent for one bedrooms and two bedroom apartment? And are some coming open before January because my lease is up in March and I'm going to have to move somewhere I can afford that's low income housing.

I think the rent is $325 - $360. And no, it's not just for students. It's for anyone. Mostly older adults live there , but it's not just for older adults either. And yes , the waiting list is open. There are apartments open currently. They also have another set of apartments available in the old Lexington Hospital that is a little more updated. Rent is pretty much the same there as it is at Grimes.
