What a great building with a great view and price. Look no further if you are looking for a location for a party. My 29th birthday party was unforgettable. My special thanks to Balsamo for his great help and effort to organize my party and make my party run without any issues. I definitely recommend this place and the staff. Midtown Loft and Terrace is a great place for parties, wedding ceremonies, meetings, etc. It is conveniently located in midtown and very close to public transportation. The terrace is like garden filled with plants, small trees, and flowers along with a great view of luminous Empire State Building. The staff were very resourceful and helpful, especially Mike. You can come and check MLT before booking.
