Didn't do my oil change as requested and then when I called up it took 15 min and looking up the license plate to find me.

I sent my son to get an oil change on his Audi on 4/14/2022, he was told that they couldn't get the bolt off to change the filter so they ONLY changed the oil, still charging $80 for the services. My son got 5 minutes down the road when the car knocked off and wouldn't start with his oil pressure light on. He called his father who was a NON licensed mechanic, he took the bolt and filter off laying beside the road sound so. On 4/15/2022 I went to talk to a manager about why a NON licensed mechanic could get a bolt off and they couldn't and why my son was charged full price for a service they didn't do correctly, he only answer was they couldn't get the he bolt off and he surely charged him full price and maybe next time I should have the oil changed instead of sending my 22 year old son. The employee was rude and unprofessional he eventually ended up calling the police on me because I demanded answers, he called it being irate. The police agreed and actually gave me info on a better place to go! Worst experience ever!!!

Dunn location very pleasant and well maintained. Sales personnel was very helpful and courteous. Wheel alignment guy did an awesome job on tractor. I would recommend their business to anyone in need of good honest work at a good price!! They save me alot of money today!! Thanks to the awesome work crew!!

My experience was actually with an employee named James. After filling my tank at a gas station early in the morning, my car would not start and I needed a jump. I asked the ONLY other person at the station for help. Thank God that person not only was willing to help without hesitation but he was a mechanic named James! He was so friendly and kind! In addition, James gave me sound advice on what to do next. If this employee is any reflection of Black's Tire and Auto Service, I know where I want to go from now on!

We are dedicated to the safety of our customers and our team members. We encourage customers to practice the Covid safety protocols (keeping distance, wearing masks, sanitizing hands, etc). We also provide hand sanitizer to all customer, we setup our seats 6 feet apart or more as much as we can, we attempt to limit the amount of people in a building, we do have plexiglass at the counters, etc.
