Looking at the schedule I don't see Street outlaws no prep listed at any time during the year, too bad.

When I was there, they let you park near the gate the night before racing starts.

They've always honored mine. They have also lowered the price of admission for test and tune. It used to be $10 or 15 and they would knock $5 for military. Now it's a flat $5 for everyone. I don't bother asking for anything off of that... For big events there are military discounts.

Seat backs only up on top of stands. Coolers for spectators are required to meet certain size guidelines and are inspected at entry (the very few times I've gone in thru spectator side). If you're a racer you can bring grill, coolers, etc.

I have done it before so unless the have changed, yes. There is a area outside of the pay gate & you can park there. Don't think there are any hookups in that area though.
