Quick response time, but very poor execution. We called because our refrigerator stopped cooling effectively, had a tech at our home that afternoon but it was not a pleasant experience. They arrived and immediately started ripping things out of the freezer and the woman with him was just dropping things everywhere so I asked to remove the items myself. She literally told me "no" because I'm pregnant and continued to just toss things out of the freezer, despite me directly asking her to stop and let me do it. I made her move regardless and she gave me attitude about it. Then I found her using our recycling bin to toss chunks of ice, rather than the sink. As if leaving us with wet cardboard was going to be appreciated. Upon leaving, we left the fridge alone to cool back down. As the ice that was in the sink melted, we found three screws in it that had not been put back. After opening the freezer, we also found a crack in the back panel, the light not working and cords hanging down. After taking a look, we saw that he not only hadn't screwed in a couple things but had just not plugged in the ice machine. Lack of attention to detail and just poor service. Won't be using them again if we can't rely on them to respect our things and actually complete the job.

I requested a quote yesterday and quickly got a response, and they had a technician at my home the following morning. After looking at my fridge, the technician gave me a quote but recommended to me that it wasn’t worth the cost, which I always appreciate from a company. I’ll definitely be using their services for any repairs I need in the future.

I have a Jenn Air slide in oven and it does not work (oven part) but the top does. It beeps and flashes a F 1-8 with the Jenn air number. Actually it is the push controls on the Front that don't work to start the oven (bake etc)
