My family needed help with rental assistance with this economy we are dealing with inflation got denied even with a 10 day eviction notice submitted everything They said I made to much money because they were going by gross income. Now if we had all the we wouldn't be struggling the only thing you get is net pay this what we have to live from after the government takes most your money. If we pay taxes into the programs we should be able to get the help. The system has failed us. Along with Biden

Put my application in for erap experiencing difficult times with lost of job no unemployment was denied which caused rent to be behind submitted all documents that was needed waited for almost 3 months to be assigned to case worker just to get evicted so i had no choice but to withdraw from program because processing takes long and landlord didn't wanna wait natt hyman that is

Not sure. It's only offices
The office was relocated based on the need of program the last location was no longer handling the program so someone need to take on the responsibility of the program in order for it to continue.As what I am told the other location never answered there phone due to the high volume of calls everyday even on weekends when they are closed.locations are set up to help with the applications and questions Ark foundation located in Allentown.Also when you get a caseworker you will get a email for the person that you can communicate with.
