I was broke down with an idler pulley on my dodge today, I'm from Florida traveling for work, I was on the side of the interstate, can't hardly move with my 4 dogs in the truck, I called Boston the store manager, and asked if he knew a mobile mechanic, or a delivery person that I could get to bring me that part, he said they deliver, I said I know in Florida they deliver to shops, but not individual, he said, it don't matter, I payed for the part, his driver delivered it, and no charge, and made sure the part was correct before he left. 100 💯 percent satisfied, from break down to back on the road within one hour. He's got my business for sure, from now on. Him and his crew are the best. I use the company alot, but customer serve sometimes goes way further to keeping me. He's the man, and his crew.
