There ok they help ya out but honestly in my experience you have to have full coverage because if somebody hit you and they don't have insurance you have to get a lawyer they do not help you that's the only part I didn't like about them and I rebuilt my car brand new parts and a paint job and some one keyed it I put a claim in and they wanted to total my car for a scratch are you kidding me let's see I switched to a different one let's see how this one goes

Yes you can get your plates there, they do charge you more then the DMV does. However; its worth it to not stand waiting for a number
