TriStar Natchez Imaging Center is very clean, professional and has advance technologies, 3D mammography. I have been going to TriStar Imaging for yearly mammograms for several yrs. All of the staff from the minute you walk in the door makes you feel comfortable and cared for. 2021- 3 yrs after my unilateral mastectomy (left breast), I continue to highly recommend Tristar Imaging. Dr Anderson is the best! He took time to review my imagining records from 2015. I had high anxiety due to the time it took the records to upload . The tech was very reassuring and comforting. Dr Anderson took time to personally once again give me great news- "recommending mammogram for next year".. My review from 2018 : Last yr mammogram Tech Erica found a lump and dimple in my breast I had not noticed. An ultrasound was ordered that day, then biopsy came a wk later. Dr Anderson and Megan did my biopsy, These 3 folks are amazing. Dr. Anderson said my breast are so dense that somethings are hard to see on mammograms , and Erica took the time to check it out. When I spoke to Dr Anderson about the results, I was ER/PR+HER-, ILC Breast cancer. Dr Anderson took a lot of time to explain the type of BC in terms that I could understand and was very compassionate. I recently had a mammogram on my right breast- great news, good for another year! I recommended this Imagine Center to anyone. The staff is wonderful. So thankful for all these special folks that are so kind and helpful to me . Ruthie Harrell Dickson, TN

They are all so nice here. I was so nervous they walked me through everything. They were so pleasant. They cleaned seats amd tablet in waiting room. All so helpful and it went quick. The only thing is comfier seats if u have to wait a while drinking .

Dr. Anderson and Megan were wonderful. I had to have a biopsy and I was so nervous. They walked me through each step explaining everything. Kept a conversation going to help me keep calm and were super comforting. Thank you.

I had a mammogram. The actual testing was fine, no issues. The technician was professional and kind. Things were running slightly behind, no surprise there. I filled out the forms, gave my license and insurance card to the intake person and did not receive them back. I assumed I'd get them back when I went to the actual mammogram room(s). That didn't happen so I asked at the front desk when my procedure was finished. They'd "lost" my license and insurance card! No one had any idea what happened to them. It was even suggested that *I* had misplaced them when they were NEVER returned to me while I was in the waiting room. Several members of the staff were kind and apologetic while one seemed to not care about THEIR mistake at all. I spent FORTY FIVE minutes there, waiting while they searched, everywhere; calls were even made to patients who had already left their appointments, to see if they'd accidentally been given my ID's. Long story short, they were found under a keyboard and 'apologies' were made. I came home with a raging migraine and utter frustration with the entire experience. It was ridiculous and, obviously never should have happened. Not sure if total incompetence runs rampant there or if this was an isolated incident but I'd hang on to your ID's or risk never seeing them again.
