I found this little gem while out running errands. Andrea is a lovely person. She is very caring, and makes every effort to ensure your pet has a great experience. It was our first visit to her little shop. Her prices are amazing, and she is quick. Most importantly my baby seemed relaxed and happy when I picked him up. For me his happiness and well being are the most important thing. On our next visit I will fine tune my haircut preferences, but overall I could not be happier with Pet Point! P.S He came home sporting this cute little bow tie. 😍 Thank You Andrea!!!

Pet Point Grooming & Boarding is the best in Hollywood. Family owned and they have become like family. We have a very anxious and shy Yorkie (Buddy). Andrea, the owner has been Buddy’s groomer for several years now and he loves going there. It’s quite the opposite when taking him anywhere including dog parks. This week we left him there for 4 days as she has boarding services as well. Loved it!! She messaged me and updated me throughout the day every single day. At first he didn’t want to eat and she reached out to me and offered to make him home made food. She also bathed him while under her care. Sent us several pictures daily of his activities and filled us in on what he did every day. She is incredible in every aspect and loves fur babies as they should be loved. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you Pet Point and Andrea. See you soon for Buddy’s grooming.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my golden retriever to get groomed today. When I made the appointment on Tuesday and ask about the price they told me was $60, I asked multiple times are you sure it is $60 for a golden retriever they kept insisting that yes. I get to the location and tell her the price and she’s like no way anyone told you that. I was already fed up so I was like okay I’ll pay the extra. Before leaving her I explained that I would like a summer cut and trimming of her tail. Get a call to pick her up and my dogs hair is literally the same length as I left her. I then proceeded to tell the groomer I wanted her hair shorter…. “Summer cut” and she goes back and forth with me for 5minutes on why I want it like that, if I pay for a service and I tell her I want her to be shaved down I expect her to be shaved down and not to be argued over in addition I shouldn’t have to tell you the personal reasons her hair needs to be short. She was arguing over it being unhealthy for my dog. If it had been “bad” for my dog no other groomer would do it as they have in the past nor would I put my dogs health in jeopardy. Very unprofessional never going back. Please save your money and time.
