I’m wouldn’t recommend 👎🏼 a copay before services can be rendered. That’s absurd. Inhumane to ask someone to pay for services they haven’t even gotten. Majority of doctors office will not ask for this before seeing the patient. Before you try and comment some smart alic comment I’m currently in the medical field and work on the back end and yes most health plans have a copay however this is not a requirement upfront. This should also be posted somewhere at the front desk.

Great experience at this facility! People were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Especially Jailene at the front desk! You could tell she has a knack for helping patients feel welcome. Even when she explained that Blue Cross was difficult to reach on a Sunday and I would need to pay the full cost of the visit. Which I am sure is NEVER a pleasant conversation to have with a patient. She did it with the style and grace of a “seasoned professional”. She is the main reason my experience was a great one! The facility is beautiful, and the entire team was great! If I ever have another need for Urgent Care…. I will definitely go back here!

I was there twice, once for my first ever gout attack in like October 2021 and today for a nagging cough. Both times I started feeling better almost instantly, and was back in action within a little while. They have the best Dr and staff. By the way I never write reviews.

Yes! Been there both with and without insurance - not sure what it is now, but out of pocket used to be $125. This is my "go to" urgent care and they're always great!

You would be required to see a provider first. We are not a PCP or lab facility. Our providers would need to evaluate and determine what labs are appropriate.
We are fee for service so payment is expected before you see a provider. If you are a new patient you pay 175.00 that includes any service done in our office. only exception is lab work sent out to Labcorp or quest. In house lab work is included in our fee. If for any reason you are not better in a 10 day window from initial visit you will be seen as a follow up at no charge to you.
