I was greeted by friendly staff. I have going to this facility since January. Everyone is very professional & friendly. The wait time is minimal. I have been for regular follow-up visits & have had several X-rays and the techs were very nice. I am always promptly escorted to a room & seen within 5 minutes. The PA was very informative & explained the options available. They listen to me & answer my questions thoroughly. The nurse comes in & provides me with directions, they have been called medications into the pharmacy, & provided follow up instructions. Everyone was very professional. Definitely would recommend this Orthopedic group.

The urgent care staff from check in to the PA are awesome. Very friendly. Length of time in and out was exceptional. Surgery staff are also very friendly and made me feel relaxed. The two areas of improvement would be actually sending the pain med prescription with the patient. I went almost 48 hrs with a displaced fracture without any pain meds which isn’t fun. Second area would be the lady sitting in corner office area at surgery check in. She’s so not nice I wanted to walk out and have surgery somewhere else. I still give 5 stars. AOC is a fantastic place

Got in quickly. Didn’t wait long and the PA was very nice. I’m hoping they will figure out how I can walk again after 6 surgeries and 3 breaks in my leg.

Check the number your calling they recently redid the phone system and it seems to be better. However I will say they have always worked with me if I wasn’t able to get an appointment canceled

no, only the Athens Urgent Care is open on Saturdays and Sundays 10 am-4 pm both days
Dear Miss Caulk, no, Athens Orthopedic Clinic does not have a neurologist on staff. We only have orthopedic surgeons. You may consider Dr Kim Walpert in Athens Ga. she treats peripheral neuropathy. Wishing you and your family a happy holiday season.
