I have been going here for 10 years. Today I called for an appointment after the online booking would not work. I spoke with Florina who was the rudest and most unprofessional receptionist I have ever come in contact with. She lied. She was condescending and when I proved her wrong she was extra hateful and did not care that I changed my mind about the appointment. I used to Love ❤️ this place.

I’ve been here twice. Not a good experience… one with Alex and second with Tina. both times I’ve asked for different cuts and get the same results.. this boxy looking Cut with no volume. And that is the one thing I always request is to help give my hair some shape and volume! I ask for curtain bangs and they are never prominent. Tina said maybe 3 words through my whole time there. Didn’t style my hair afterwards. Super Blah experience, blah haircut. Thought I’d give them a second chance. But won’t be back.
