I wish I could leave negative stars. They need to hire actual competent staff members. I had to collect a stool sample twice last week and they still managed to run the tests incorrectly. I dropped 3 samples off on 9/19, they told me they needed another sample (they're the ones who gave me 3 tubes and no requisition sheet). There was nothing pending in my myQuest portal after dropping them off. I brought another sample 9/21 (the second time around they didn't even give me a plastic bag to put the tube in after collecting the sample, just the tube and a large paper bag, so I had to put it in a plastic baggy from home. The first time they gave me a specimen bag for the frozen sample and a specimen bag for the 2 room temp samples). The guy who took it from me on 9/21 seemed annoyed with his coworkers because there was still nothing in the computer at that point. I left and up until today 9/27, when I had to request results online, the test was still pending under "," as the name (typically it has the full name of the test listed). They only gave me results for an ova and parasite check after requesting....I was also supposed to have a Fecal Calprotectin done to check for Crohn's disease. I'm assuming whoever took the first 3 tubes from me on Monday 9/19 lost them or never properly submitted them. I tried contacting the chat help several times and they didn't help whatsoever, just gave me the corporate number. Called the corporate number and was on hold for 10 minutes, the lady who picked up hung up on me before I could even say a word to her. Tried to contact the center directly and they don't take phone calls (probably because they would be so over-inundated with people who are upset about their terrible service). Maybe the staff should get their sh** together, like they made me do twice in one week just to lose the samples :')

Super obnoxious staff. My son showed up for fasting blood work this morning and had forgotten his mask. The staff could have provided him with a 25cent mask but they sent him away instead. So he goes to the store and buys a mask, and when he returns they tell him he missed his appointment and the wait now will be more than an hour. That's just obnoxious. There is no need to punish someone for showing up without a mask - he's not even an anti-masker. Really annoying. Some wacko on a power trip.

If I could I would give this a ZERO . Why? The staff are just plain miserable . One woman was so BAD, I felt as though I was in BOOT CAMP in the MARINES

If you don't have an appointment, don't waste time trying to get in for walk in testing. Quest advertises that you may walk in for testing but may have to wait because appointments are given priority. However, when you arrive at the location, a check in tablet informs you there are no walk in times available. So, if there are no appointments available, you cannot be helped at Quest regardless of what is advertised about walk ins. Everything is done online and it is impossible to speak with someone by phone to determine if you will be able to get in.

No idea. You'd have Quest and ask.
They say walk-ins are welcome, but you may sit a long time waiting for an opening in the stream of set appointments.
