Outstanding customer service, David and the team was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us out, highly recommended for your (and mine) next boat purchase. We’ll be back for that Robalo in the future. Update 4/20/22: while coming home this past Saturday from the ramp I noticed a awful noise coming from the trailer. The trailer brakes were shot, one pad on the driver side was completely rusted away. When we bought We were so focused on ensuring the boat was in good condition (and it was and well maintained) that we completely dropped the ball on looking over the trailer. This is partially my fault as well as JBS for letting this trailer out with the brakes in the condition they’re in. Needless to say $871.52 later I have functioning brakes. Update: 4/27/22: after discussion with the sales manager the owner has agreed to cover the cost of the parts to repair the trailer. This is outstanding and seals the deal that JBS stands behind what they sell and deliver. There’s no doubt we’ll be back when ready for that center console….THANK YOU JBS!!!!
