I walked into the facility at 3:29 PM, the facility didn’t close until 4:00 PM, I was immediately told they would not accept and help any more patients today. I will not use or recommend Medical East to friends and family in the future.

My son went in yesterday, with diarrhea, fever, headaches, nausea, he also blacked out a few times. They did a covid test on him, didn't take blood or anything sent him home with nausea medicine, they called this morning and said no you don't have covid, he asked what is going on with me, the guy said oh probably just seasonal allergies. I was at AlH at TOC getting a procedure done so couldn't be with him. I have tried calling to get any other info and was told she didn't know and I'm very busy I'll see if a nurse will call you later. WHAT!!!! I use to love this place. Oh and I'm still waiting for that nurse to call me that's if she got the message.

Came in to get my son a physical. They The only thing good about my experience here was the receptionist. She was friendly, and sweet. She welcomed you from the time you walked in til the time you left. The doctors, and nurses here really hate there job and you can tell by how hateful and rude they were. Won't be back here period.
