I stay at Hamptons whenever I am out at town, almost exclusively. This Hampton unfortunately was probably the worst out of the ones I have stayed at. Trash was overfilled on the 2nd floor clearly for some time as the entire hallway smelled awful. The carpet was sticky in the room I stayed in, unpatched holes in the wall, a sliding barn door for the bathroom that fell off the rail consistently due to improper installation, and beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Other maintenance issues were noticed causing a concern for ownership and what other shortcuts are made in the daily operation. This Hampton hotel would be a 0/5 if it weren't for friendly staff when we came in. Would not recommend to anyone and certainly won't stay again when I come back.

Very worst staff at night. Give 2 time wrong room and complaints about 3ed time he kicked out us at 12 at night. First time i see this kind of service in Hampton. I will give this hotel -10 rate

0 stars for me, didn’t get to stay a whole night because someone said me & my girlfriend was being too loud & the music was at half way. Literally gave 3 warnings in 15 minutes saying we was breaking things & we were literally laying down listening to music. The hand sanitizer stands never had any, the pool water was nasty & salty, the tub drain was clogging everytime the shower was used.

We're actually staying at the Holiday Inn Express down the road, but their pool is undergoing renovations, so they sent us over here to swim. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I just had to leave a review! The pool was nice and clean, too - and well-stocked with towels. We may very well stay here next time we're in the area!
