What a mess. They overdrew my account multiple times by accident and took weeks to fix.

This bank is the worse. The people that work there give attitude all the time, when you call now for appointments to take your own money out, they do not pick up and still give attitude. My mom went there to pick up a money order for rent and they gave her a hard time. She called ahead of of time and they lied saying she never did and gave her attitude the whole time. The most unprofessional people ever! The customer service is trash here.

Your bank is THE WORST. I have found my first couple of weeks with Radius to be a series of misinformation, errors, ineptitude and basic laziness on your part to actually resolve any issues. You clearly don't care, as ALL of the reviews here are awful.

Typically the only way you can roll in anything with this bank or have any kind of access with his bank is to call them you usually don't get an automated system you don't get any kind of online coverage or access except for to look at your balance and see what's taken out and came in and if you've had the bad luck but I've had then you get locked out every other hour and you call them and they lock you out for good because they just their system crashes every other day so I suggest call the number on the back of your card and if that doesn't work then you might want to switch Banks because I have seriously seriously called every day for two and a half weeks and it became such a problem that I just came up
