Nice clean place to eat. The meatloaf was very tasty and great sized portions. They do not take debit/ credit cards, but they do have an ATM inside. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Thank you

After a long drive, we needed some satisfying hearty food and Janice’s Diner absolutely delivers. Kind of a bummer they only take cash but the portions and prices are so reasonable it wasn’t a big deal. Definitely check it out of you’re in Cosby!

After some of the reviews, I was hesitant to come here, but Missy raved about the place - especially since we had her little dog, Honey. That’s why we sat outside on the patio. It was a little cool, but we dressed warmly. Missy ordered the mandarin orange cake first, since it usually sells out quickly. Then she ordered the chicken and dumplings - special for the day and her favorite. Her sides were mashed potatoes & pinto beans. I had the hamburger, medium, and their creamy cole slaw. Husband had popcorn shrimp, with corn and fried onion rings. The service was excellent. Everything came out quickly: hot if it should have been hot and cold if it should have been cold. All was excellent and reasonably priced. We had snacked on the cake before our food came, and we three finished it for dessert. We now know why this place is one of Missy’s favorites, and if we lived here, it would be our favorite, too!
