Found an amazing Queen size bed today with the help of Amber. She did NOT follow us around the store in a stalking manner typical to some furniture stores. However, she wasn’t hard to find when we needed her! This is my first time visiting American Signature furniture and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the furniture and affordable prices! Taiwana Cofield has the worst customer service of any employee I have ever encountered. I have bought over 10k of furniture in the past two years to furnish one of my homes and my experiences with her for pick-up were horrendous. I informed the national customer service line supervisory team, but sadly based on my experiences with her, I am no longer a customer of American Signature.

Great customer service, my only issue is: that the delivery person should have made sure the recliners on both pieces worked properly before leaving.
