After horrible Customer Service from people claiming to be in America who possess Middle Eastern accents, it took me 4 months to finally get my account cancelled. Now they claim that they can't locate the equipment that I returned 4 months ago. Frontier was a much better choice.

Good WiFi when I have problems they come as soon as they can to fix the problem I needed my wires buried and they come out that night at 10:00 and buried the wires because they had promised me they were coming and the girl had a problem that she had to go to another customer after that she came to me and buried the wires. I thank you very much spectrum.

Honestly, I never watch TV, but when i did i used the antenna and hooked up the internet to my smarttv. Found lots of stuff i could watch w commercials for free.
This office is not open for new or existing customers. The new office location is at 6013 Wesley Grove Blvd. #108, Wesley Chapel, Fl. Not only do they offer TV, Streaming, Internet & Phone services, they also have Spectrum Mobile (cell phone service). I do believe they're open 10 am - 8 pm today.
It's not a customer service center. It's a hub for their repair technicians. There is no public access to this facility
