I started at this facility as their staffing coordinator/CNA over two years ago. Over those two years, the Plaza allowed me to expand my horizon by giving me the opportunity to assist with the admissions process, the Business Office and Social Services. I am now a nurse and although I am working elsewhere, I will always credit the Plaza in helping me develop my skills.

My 92 year old mother with dementia is a resident of the LTC unit at the Plaza Health and Rehab. The staff treat her respectfully and in a caring manner. We visit everyday and she is always sitting in her wheelchair, clean and dressed. She likes the food. The activity staff engage her (and others) in a variety of activities daily. Nurses and staff are readily available to answer my questions. The facility is very nice and clean and does not smell like cleansers.
