Burnt cheeseburger through and through. They served frozen pico de gallo too. Literally brought it out on top of the fiesta bowl and it was frozen. This was on a slow Sunday. People beside us had bad food. Another customer had words with a waitress before leaving guessing it was bad food too.

AYCE riblets back -- they are seasonal. In most of a year going there I can count the problems on one hand and often have gotten freebies -- my guess is that attitude and being a frequent customer counts!
