The O'Reilly's in this area, Waynesville North carolina, needs some serious help. I find that their counter people aren't the sharpest pencils in the box. Have a hard time with them receiving the right parts for the project that I'm doing. The counter people really aren't helpful. They are knowledge of Auto parts is just not there. I would go to AutoZone advanced or any of the many other stores that they have for Auto parts in the Waynesville area.

Alex was amazing. No mechanics were available so my husband decided to fix the problem himself. Alex was very helpful by getting my husband the parts he needed.

I personally don't have any good things to say. One of the guys here was really Rude to my ol lady about a part return. My third trip from J creek. I reckon I won't condemned the whole store because of one person. They do have some decent prices on certain things.
