An employee, Grainger, came Putin the cold this morning, and performed a complete investigation on my car to see why it was making a whining noise. He discovered a leaking hose that I didn’t know about. Then, he wouldn’t even let me pay him. Such a nice and very knowledgeable young man. Five star service with a smile. Keep him and give him a raise!
