I've had to use a rental car twice in the last 8 mos. And enterprise is the way to go. The staff is very helpful and courteous. And quick with a reservation they get you set and out of there in no time. I would recommend enterprise to all my family and friends

All agents well dressed, well mannered and efficient. Despite Monday morning madness. Didn't have to wait long to get my car checked in. They gave me ride home in midst of their busiest time.

I always rent with you all the best locations so far for me is cypress gardens and winter Haven location. We dropped a car off and right away my son seen a car he wants to rent for Thanksgiving. Kevin, Kenneth, Isaiah and chanelli (sorry if I misspelled your names) you rock!!!!!

I needed a 7 passenger vehicle for a family trip. I had been all over Orlando the night before and couldn’t secure a rental due to no-one wanted to rent to me being a local, and also not having a major credit card (I only have a debit with visa logo). I called Enterprise on Cypress Gardens Blvd. Sunday morning as soon as their office opened to make a reservation for that day. The agent took my information and reserved a Chrysler Pacifica for me to pick up. I arrived at the office 20 minutes before closing and it was packed. The agents working were pleasant, proficient and very professional. The agent at the desk quickly called me up, took my information and took payment for the rental. I waited in my personal vehicle for them to accommodate the other customers. The agents were very friendly and constantly checked on me to let me know they hadn’t forgotten me. When my rental was ready all I had to do was a walk around, sign and go. I returned the rental on Tuesday as planned and the other agents that day were great . All in all I had a great rental experience due to the awesome agents that work at Enterprise. Also the Pacifica was very nice (my kids said I should buy one.) I’ll definitely be renting with them again!
