Bought a cart from them at the time of delivery they promised to replace the front seat. We even signed the reciept to have this done. Now 6 months later i also called them 3 time still no show. Called the complaim about tire vibration still no show. Promised the put decals on the side even signed for them still no show. My opinion is to look at other dealers and never take delivery from them unless everything is there that is promised.

Reserved a rental for Boca Grande in July of 2022 for the 5th year in a row. The staff at Caddy Carts was knowledgeable about the golf cart & the Island of Boca Grande. The carts seem to be nicer every year. We will continue to rent from Caddy Carts exclusively.
