I would never use this company! I was shocked and quiet frankly appalled by the Overly Aggressive Drivers this Company has! I was driving south on 75 South This Morning and was almost run off the road by this Vehicle that prior to that incident was Following me so Closely for Several Miles I had to just take my foot off of my peddle so I could safely slowdown so this driver/technician would get the hint that I was not going to change Lanes just because he was trying the Bully me into doing so! I was going the Speed Limit a touch faster even. This Guy could have caused a serious accident! Don’t use this company they will put your life at Risk!

Frontier Rating should be 0. Frontier has horrible customer service and horrible construction crews. It took two years to get the service hooked up because of the incompetent construction crews that Frontier hires.After the service got hooked up it took 6 months to bury the wires. They sent two guys to my house with a shovel, to dig 200 feet away from the road. The construction crew did not pull a locate ticket and buried the fiber optic 1 inch and buried the fiber optic on top of my septic tank. After we repeatedly told the construction crew not to bury the fiber on the septic tank. The fiber optic wire was cut and Frontier missed several appointments and did not come out to fix the problem. If you live in Northport use Tmobile whole house internet or wait for Xfinity. Do not waist your hard earned money with these Hacks.

Wanting to save money on Internet, we switched from Xfinity to Frontier last month. In addition to saving 50 dollars a month, the customer service has been exceptional. Donahue our installer was personable and knowledgeable. When our dog chewed through the fiber optic cable Tim R came out the next day to replace it and tied the cable under the roof away from the dogs. He did a fantastic job!
