Beautiful spot to visit for incredible views! Barely a minute to walk out to the view point from the parking area. Picnic tables in the parking area as well. Plug it in to your gps as it sneaks up on you quickly, but completely worth the stop!

Dramatic stairs leading down to small, walled platform on a cliff. One of the nicest little nook type outlooks on the Blue Ridge Parkway. A must see stop.

You should be able to pull with no problem, may just have to wait for a few cars/trucks to move from the end of the parking area so you can turn around.
I just visited this weekend. It is a short walk to the best view but does require going down steep steps. There are two entries from the parking lot that converge...if you take the path to the left, it is a gentle slope with some view but trees/bushes block it somewhat.
It's a small area but if there were only a few people I wouldn't see why not.
