FORCED ME TO GO TO ATTORNEY GENERAL'S, AND GOVERNOR'S OFFICE BECAUSE I NEVER DIGBED ANYTHING IN FROMT OF A NOTARY. IS THAT AGAINST THE LAW???? I just spoke to the Governor's office today. It's a third degree felony to notarized a document knowingly the signer is not present. Oh boy!!!!

Can be done, several things may need to be addressed, 1) opening height would need to be increased, 2) may need to address header, 3) may need to fill block cells with concrete if your home is CBS construction, 4) if there is an electrical outlet below the existing window that would need to be addressed as well.
