Food was really good. Ok service. Would of been 5 stars but they messed up and brought my 4 yr old a different drink then took forever to bring the right drink back for him and with his food didn't even bring all his food out and had to remind them and she kept walking away every time we were trying to speak to her about appetizers

Two reviews in one. My wife has been in ICU for 10 days so fast food is getting very old. Last night one of the nurses had Chili's curbside; cajun chicken & shrimp pasta. The dish looked fresh & amazing with lots of creamy sauce and nice big pieces of shrimp. Justin swore to me it's the best pasta in East Tennessee so I called and placed an order. My order however had hardly any sauce and six miniature shrimp. The chicken was hard and very dry especially to have been cooked in a sauce; maybe it was cooked separately. I don't know. Anyhow it tasted stale with a metallic flavor and a couple of the pasta pieces were hard on the ends. I'm sorry Chili's but I guess an hour makes a huge difference or maybe I just got unlucky and received the scrapings from the bottom of the pot. Personally I hope people take Justin's review to heart because his food did look really amazing; even his toast.

It’s real frustrating as a nurse who barely has time to eat and decides to pay $14 for a meal that looks like this. This is the second time this restaurant has given me a poor experience. Last time I was working they delivered only a small part of my meal and did nothing to make it right when I called. No refund, no food, NOTHING. I’m pretty understanding but cmon!!!

I have been a going to Chili’s regularly since moving to Johnson City for college. This past week my friends and I decided to eat here after a funeral. We reserved for a party prior and get there an hour and 15 minutes before they closed after the funeral. Our waitress, Alexis, greeted us in a way that had a hostile undertone but we brushed it off. However, after further interactions with her, we noticed that she was purposely being rude because was nicer to other tables at came in the restaurant after us. Our food came out and every single food item was cold. My friend even noticed that there’s plastics in her mouth, her ribs had PLASTIC on them. At this point, we are all very upset because the customer service has been awful but plastic on the food is where the line was drawn. We bring this to the waiter’s attention — she is still rude and gaslighting us about the attitude she had the entire night! Alexis had no genuine concern whatsoever! We asked for a manager and they replaced our entire meal. The manager was very apologetic, understanding and respectful. Alexis on the other hand was absolutely terrible and turned what was already a difficult night into a worse one. I still want to give the restaurant three stars since the manager was apologetic , accommodating and short staffed. Side note: my friend was finding plastic in her teeth the next day.
