We just moved to the area and we're looking for a great place to have a date night, and my wife suggested Chapter One. We decided to walk into town and try it. Holy Cow! The Chapter One burger was awesome! You can tell they use really high quality beef, and that they know what they are doing. One of my tells on if a place knows how to make a burger is if they ask how done you want it, because so many places just dry out your poor patty. Their fries were great as well. We also got the Cajun Blackened Chicken pasta. Having an intimate history with Cajun and Creole cuisine did not dampen my enjoyment of a superb chicken as well. I will definitely be back and trying more of their offerings!

We open for brunch on Sat and Sun from 10am until 3pm. Straight menu. We do not have a buffet. Look forward to seeing you.
Yes but I am not sure if I would call them mimosas. Very watered down and soda pop champagne. If you like a good Mimosa I would order a bottle of champagne and a little oj on the side. You will enjoy it a lot more.
