The employees are nice in the mornings. However the assistant manager and manager are horrible! I heard them both talk to employees horribly! Their prices aren’t really that affordable anymore. I’m not sure what’s going on with this place but it’s gone way down hill

Worst communication I’ve ever encountered - my significant other and I frequently donate to places like Good Will, Community Aid and Sal Val - called this store to ask if they take donations for baby bouncers, seats, clothes and toys - woman immediately told me yes, everything but mattresses and cribs are helpful. We packed up our car and my significant other drove some items over and they immediately told him they didn’t take any baby containers like those I had JUST called and asked about that morning. Very sad for all the mothers missing out due to this issue and also confused on why this location doesn’t know what they accept at their phone desk…these items were near brand new (one never even used) from a smoke and pet free home.
