Used to be a great place to stay. The buildings need to be severely updated along with the insides. Also it is alot of traffic and some folks you might not want to live next to (noise). Would be a decent place if they handled pest treatment better. Been living here going on 3 years now and haven't had an issue until last October (2018). Since then, a roach or 2 is spotted almost weekly. Granted, there's no full blown infestation, buuut going on a year of treating the apartment (and surrounding ones assuming) and still having em' show up is quite a pain. Aside from that, noise isn't too bad.. Can't complain when I live under people 😅
